About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Property and Security Governance team. As the Head of Property and Security Governance, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective governance and compliance of our property and security projects and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the governance of property and security projects and operations, ensuring they are delivered in line with agreed processes, time, scope, service levels, and budget.
  • Develop and deliver communications related to property and security initiatives.
  • Oversee data management to enable accurate and timely reporting and insights.
  • Oversee the governance and management of all the Group's property and security services providers to ensure best practice performance is delivered and robust controls measures are in place.
What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrable experience in property management with a focus on governance and project delivery. You will have excellent project management and leadership capabilities, as well as strong strategic planning, operational risk, process excellence, compliance, and governance skills.

You will be a motivated leader who will thrive in the effective management of change and clear communication across Property & Security teams. You will be familiar with the delivery of robust supplier governance and compliance.
