Milestone IT is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Implementation Lead to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and needs
- Provide technical leadership to developers when designing and configuring ServiceNow solutions
- Offer guidance and recommendations on best practices for implementing and optimizing ServiceNow
Requirements:
- Proven experience with ServiceNow in a lead role
- Experience leading a team of developers and providing technical leadership
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management and Configuration Management Database
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform implementation, configuration, customization, and administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
About the Role:
This is a 12-month daily rate contract, requiring the successful candidate to work onsite from Melbourne CBD a minimum of 4 days a week.
