ServiceNow Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Consultant to join our client in a greenfield environment. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our client to understand their needs and challenges as they embark on a new ServiceNow implementation.

Your responsibilities will include gathering requirements, designing, and implementing comprehensive ServiceNow solutions. You will collaborate with the client to understand their business processes and needs, and provide technical leadership to developers in designing and configuring ServiceNow solutions tailored to the client's requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the client to gather requirements and understand their business processes and needs.
  • Provide technical leadership to developers in designing and configuring ServiceNow solutions.
  • Offer guidance and recommendations on best practices for implementing and optimising ServiceNow in a new environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience with ServiceNow in a lead role.
  • Strong background in leading teams of developers and providing technical guidance.
  • Solid understanding of ITSM and CMDB.
  • Hands-on experience with the implementation of the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, customisation, and administration.
  • Consultative mindset with the ability to effectively communicate ServiceNow capabilities and limitations to the client.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive projects forward.
