Support Families Through Trauma-Informed Early Intervention

This position is available for a dedicated and compassionate Case Worker to provide support and services to families affected by domestic and family violence in the Parkes Local Government Area.
The ideal candidate will possess strong case management skills, experience working with families with complex needs, and a commitment to delivering therapeutic and trauma-informed early interventions.
- Provide case management and advocacy to support families experiencing or who have experienced domestic and family violence
- Respond to referrals and ensure all administrative duties are completed in a timely manner
- Deliver targeted education and skills programs to support families
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in community services, social work, or other relevant discipline
- Demonstrated experience working within the family and domestic violence sector
- Familiarity of working with families with complex issues and needs
- Demonstrated case management and intervention delivery skills
