Division: Boral Constr Mat Limited is seeking a People and Culture Business Partner to partner with frontline leaders and help achieve business objectives.

Reporting to the Head of Business Partnering, you will guide, coach, and support frontline leaders in operational businesses.

Your day will involve:

  • Leadership Support: Provide guidance and coaching to frontline leaders to help them achieve their goals.
  • Strategic Implementation: Implement P&C plans and processes throughout the annual P&C lifecycle.
  • Change Management: Drive improvement and contribute to high-impact change initiatives.
  • Employee Relations: Lead Enterprise Agreement negotiations, manage grievances and disciplinary investigations, and provide EA and Award interpretation advice to leaders and employees.
  • National Initiatives: Engage in leadership, diversity, talent, and capability projects.

What are we looking for?

  • Well-Rounded Experience: A strong background in People & Culture, ideally within advisory and operational implementation-focused roles.
  • Large Organization Exposure: Proven track record in large organizations, particularly in industrial sectors, and experience working with EA-covered workforces.
  • Enterprise Bargaining Expertise: Contemporary knowledge and experience in enterprise bargaining and managing union stakeholder interactions.
  • Project Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading and implementing People & Culture projects.
  • Autonomous & Collaborative: An independent, accountable work ethic combined with a growth mindset and a collaborative approach.
  • Relevant Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Humanities, Business/Commerce, Law, or Psychology.
