We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our afternoon shift team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and cost-effective manufacturing of processed and reinforcing bar.

About the Role
  • Lead and Manage the Shift: Ensure that production and output targets are met, while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Maintain High-Quality Products: Collaborate with your team to ensure that all products meet our quality standards.
  • Manage Resources Effectively: Allocate resources efficiently to minimize costs and maximize productivity.
About Your Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of supervising or managing large teams in a manufacturing environment. You should also possess high-level problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Proven Leadership Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership or frontline management roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with your team, stakeholders, and other departments.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
