Manufacturing and Packaging Development Engineer

The role entails leading process standardization and management of change. Optimizing beverage processes and high-speed automated packaging equipment performance is also crucial. Ensuring all quality requirements are met and exceeded is vital to driving operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Standardizing manufacturing processes and managing changes associated with them.
- Improving the efficiency and effectiveness of beverage processes and packaging equipment.
- Driving a culture of continuous improvement to meet and exceed quality expectations.
- Delivering process improvements through advanced analysis and problem-solving techniques.
Successful candidates will have:
- A degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Mechatronics) or relevant industry experience.
- At least 3 years' experience in Process or Improvement Engineering roles within FMCG beverage manufacturing or related industries.
- Expertise in working with state-of-the-art equipment and processes.
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements and lean manufacturing principles.
- Experience in training and mentoring team members.
