People and Culture Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled People and Culture Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in cultivating a dynamic, high-performing work environment that encourages employee growth and development.

About the Role:

This part-time position requires a commitment of 30 hours per week and reports directly to the General Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement, workforce planning, leadership development, and inclusive workplace practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop end-to-end workforce planning strategies from recruitment and onboarding to succession planning.
  • Design programs that promote employee wellbeing, recognition, retention, and career growth.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance belonging, equity, and inclusive practices across all teams.
  • Partner with leadership to align people strategies with our hospitality-driven mission and values.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have senior management experience in People and Culture and/or Human Resources, ideally within hospitality or service-driven industries. Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels is essential, as well as a deep understanding of employment legislation and workforce best practices.
