Merchant Transaction Solutions Specialist

This is a key position within our Merchant Services team, where you will be responsible for driving customer growth by providing innovative solutions to complex technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive Growth and Collaboration: Actively support merchants in delivering cutting-edge solutions to enhance their business capabilities.
- Analyze and Resolve Complexities: Identify and resolve technical complexities, e-commerce challenges, operational efficiency needs, transactional banking requirements, and cloud adoption complexities.
- Enhance Merchant Relationships: Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and strengthen merchant relationships.
You will excel in this role if you have extensive experience in merchant sales, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. As a key member of the Merchant Services team, you will be empowered to make a positive difference for customers and communities.
