Job Title: Delivery Services Officer

At Lineage Logistics, we're committed to transforming the food supply chain to eliminate waste and help feed the world. As a Delivery Services Officer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Partner with operations teams to resolve customer issues and find solutions that benefit both customers and the business
  • Diagnose and resolve customer service inquiries, escalating complex issues to leaders and operations as needed
  • Conduct research with internal stakeholders to resolve customer inquiries
  • Produce KPI reports and perform general administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing, logistics, or distribution environment
  • Understanding of fast-paced logistics and retail operations
  • Extensive experience in providing high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to develop rapport with customers and internal operations staff
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • IT skills, including Microsoft Office, WMS, and TMS
