Job Title: Delivery Services Officer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing solutions that meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer service inquiries, escalating complex issues to leadership and operations as needed.
  • Conduct thorough investigations with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints.
  • Produce KPI reports and perform general administrative tasks to support the team's success.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing, logistics, or distribution environment.
  • Strong understanding of fast-paced logistics and retail operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Impressive credentials in developing and maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, WMS, and TMS systems.
