Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at our Manly NSW location. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in leading and directing all facets of daily operations, including inventory management, financial management, and staff supervision.
- Ensure the efficient and effective management of our restaurant, including the maintenance of high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall guest experience.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives, while maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing team members, while promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- At least 2 years' management experience in a high-volume atmosphere, preferably in the fast-casual dining industry.
- Excellent leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and empower team members.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, guests, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive results.
