Key Responsibilities- Assist in leading and directing all facets of daily operations, including inventory management, financial management, and staff supervision.
- Ensure the efficient operation of the restaurant, including maintaining a clean and safe environment, managing inventory, and controlling costs.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and overall restaurant performance.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee retention.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, inventory levels, and employee performance.
- At least 2 years' experience in a management role in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve exceptional results.
- Valid RSA certification and Australian residency or current work visa.
