Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team
    • Recruit, train, and develop a team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
    • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance and achieve goals.
  • Manage Restaurant Operations
    • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
    • Ensure that all restaurant systems and processes are in place and functioning effectively.
  • Drive Sales Growth
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer loyalty.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain a Safe and Secure Environment
    • Ensure that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe condition, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
    • Implement and maintain a system for reporting and addressing any safety concerns.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a fast-food environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
