Disability Support Worker

About the Role
We are seeking a Disability Support Worker to join our team on a casual basis. As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide personalized support to individuals with disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer active support to participants with disability, focusing on their individual needs and goals.
- Provide personal care, manual handling, and behavior support as required.
- Work collaboratively with clients, their families, and other support staff to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements
- A commitment to supporting and advocating for individuals with disabilities.
- A current First Aid Certificate, including HLTAID003 or HLTAID011.
- A current, unrestricted driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Basic technology and software skills, including a personal mobile device.
