About the Role

We are seeking a Disability Support Worker to join our team on a casual basis. As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide personalized support to individuals with disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized, active support to participants with disability
  • Offer assistance with personal care, manual handling, and behavior support
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other support staff to achieve individualized goals
  • Participate in a 24/7 roster, including day, afternoon, and overnight shifts
Requirements
  • Commitment to supporting and advocating for individuals with disability
  • Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003 or HLTAID011)
  • Unrestricted driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Basic technology and software skills
