As a Client Care Advocate and Reception Officer, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care in the local hearing community.

This is an opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by providing support and coordination to our clinics. You will be responsible for engaging with patients, clients, referrers, and the community, while ensuring high standards of care and adherence to privacy and confidentiality requirements.

The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a kind and empathetic personality, and experience with Medicare and HICAPS billing. Scheduling and appointment management experience is highly regarded, as well as being able to work unsupervised and within a team.

Key duties and responsibilities include participating in operational activities, clinical liaison with other professionals, referring relevant patients to other services, and maintaining equipment. You will also contribute to the realization of organizational goals through positive working relationships and exceptional organization and communication skills.
