**Job Description:**
Building Facilities Manager Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Building and Facilities Manager responsible for all aspects of building and facilities functions ensuring safety and functionality of bestchance owned and leased facilities.
This includes liaising with building owners, contractors, planning maintenance work, maintaining records, and running routine safety inspections.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Liaise with building owners and contractors for maintenance and repairs
- Plan and manage facility operations and maintenance
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Highly developed multitasking and organisational abilities
- Experience working within the education or early childhood sector, preferably in a local government area or not-for-profit organisation setting
- Exceptional time management and prioritisation skills
- Proven track record as a team player with adaptability and positive working relationships with stakeholders
**What We Offer:**
- Competitive annual salary $80,000 - $110,000 (negotiable based on experience)
- Paid parental leave program for ongoing employees after 12 months' service
