Strategic Human Resources Partner
Job DescriptionThe position of Strategic Human Resources Partner involves providing leadership and support to the team in delivering people processes across the region. This role involves managing escalations as needed and leading the implementation of critical P&C initiatives throughout the region.
This role requires a dynamic individual with expertise in key areas like workplace relations, performance management, leadership coaching, reward, and talent acquisition. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in building and leading high-performing P&C teams.
They will be skilled in advising and influencing leaders, driving business outcomes. They will also have exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
The ideal candidate will be able to turn P&C programs into impactful solutions for clients. They will have up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and industrial agreements.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 5+ years in P&C leadership roles with expertise across key areas like workplace relations, performance management, leadership coaching, reward, and talent acquisition.
- Proven track record in building and leading high-performing P&C teams.
- Strong ability to turn P&C programs into impactful solutions for clients.
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and industrial agreements.
- Skilled in advising and influencing leaders, driving business outcomes.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
