We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Administrator to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the planning and delivery of multiple residential construction projects. This includes coordinating with clients, site supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and monitor subcontractor work to ensure adherence to project requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, review, and manage variations to job scopes to align with client specifications and site conditions.
  • Coordinate with clients, site supervisors, and subcontractors to address inquiries, resolve on-site issues, and ensure clear communication throughout the job cycle.
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve problems concerning programs, projects, services provided, and persons affected.
  • Work with stakeholders, owners, and others to ensure that goals are met.
  • Monitor subcontractor work to ensure adherence to project requirements and report any discrepancies or additional scope needs.
  • Advise senior management on matters requiring attention and implement their decisions.
  • Collect and analyze data associated with projects undertaken, and report on project outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A bachelor's degree or above.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, especially in interior fit-outs and small-scale residential developments.
  • Strong project management skills with practical experience in material procurement and ordering, workforce scheduling, and task delegation.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a hands-on approach to daily site operations.
  • Proven ability to enhance on-site efficiency and reduce operational costs through effective planning and resource management.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
