Draftsperson Role

We are seeking a skilled Draftsperson to join our team in residential construction. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong ArchiCAD proficiency and a solid understanding of the industry.

  • As a Draftsperson, you will be responsible for producing accurate documentation, coordinating with consultants, and offering design suggestions to support project delivery.
  • You will work closely with our high-performing drafting team to ensure designs meet compliance, functionality, and aesthetic standards.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in residential housing and construction, advanced ArchiCAD skills, and a tertiary qualification in Drafting and/or Design.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed drawings and documents for residential projects
  • Collaborate with consultants to resolve technical issues
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending innovative building methods or materials
