Logistics Supervisor Role

A world-class convention, exhibition and entertainment precinct seeks a logistics supervisor to deliver efficient stakeholder services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely, effective and efficient customer service, meeting stakeholder needs and following approved policies, procedures and standards.
  • Ensure the building is set up in the appropriate mode of operations for the given day, including patrolling car parks and monitoring egresses.
  • Maintain strong and consistent communication between team members to manage safe and efficient movement/flow of all vehicles across all docks and carparks.
  • Supervise Car Park and Logistics staff, ensuring management of the operations of the car park and event day transport.
  • Build and maintain relationships through detailed and sound communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor, report on, and escalate as required, venue traffic control, logistics, and carpark contractor performance.
