Job Overview

Our organization is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee the day-to-day logistics and warehouse operations, developing strategies for performance improvements in our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective logistics strategies, including warehouse management, product orders, transportation, and client liaison;
  • Supervise, coach, and train a small team of warehouse staff;
  • Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, and clients;
  • Establish relationships and systemized processes with international manufacturing plants;
  • Communicate with clients and distributors regarding product orders to ensure timely delivery;
  • Monitor and maintain quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and other key metrics;
  • Manage logistics software and invoicing systems;
  • Analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements;
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and ISO standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager in a similar industry;
  • Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Able to work independently and lead a small team;
  • Familiarity with logistics software and systems;
  • Ability to analyse data and drive improvements;
  • Compliance with laws, regulations, and ISO standards.
