Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to assist in delivering our concession store's financial targets and key performance indicators.

This role involves creating a warm and genuine customer service experience and building a team that is empowered to exceed expectations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in driving sales, profit, and productivity by achieving key performance indicators.
  • Support the Concession Manager in ensuring the team understands business objectives with a focus on commercial acumen.
  • Inspire and empower your team through collaborative leadership, training, and development.

Fundamental Skills and Qualifications:
  • A passion for retail, exceptional service, and a strong sense of personal style and presentation.
  • Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters.
  • Capacity to support the Concession Manager in managing team performance, productivity, training, and development.
  • Operational excellence, experience with stock control, and visual merchandising.
  • Capacity to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
