  • Financial Management:

  • Operational Excellence:
  • Oversee the daily operations of four hotels, ensuring consistency of service and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Support venue managers in achieving target margins and developing effective business strategies.
  • People Development:
  • Manage a HR function, providing guidance and support across all venues to foster a positive work environment.
  • Confidently resolve staff issues and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in senior hospitality management, ideally within multi-venue hotel operations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate large and diverse teams.
  • Expertise in financial and budget management, with a deep understanding of compliance requirements in gaming, food safety, and workplace health and safety.
