About Our Role

\

As a Food & Beverage Team Leader, you will support the team with the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of our outlets. Your role will include:

\
  • Organizing daily operations
  • Ensuring 5-star service quality across all F&B areas
  • Leading by example, motivating, and coordinating the team to exceed guest expectations
  • Communicating feedback and key information to leadership
  • Maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction by promptly addressing concerns or special requests
  • Conducting training to align with premium brand and service standards
  • Collaborating with the culinary team to support menu implementation and delivery
  • Monitoring rosters and staffing schedules to meet operational requirements

Requirements\

We are looking for someone with:

  • A minimum 2 years' experience in Food & Beverage, preferably within a premium hotel environment
  • A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service
  • Enthusiasm for high-quality food and beverage experiences
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on people and teamwork
  • Emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills
  • Staff rostering and scheduling experience
  • Excellent leadership and team working skills
  • Ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment and resolve guest complaints
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food handling best practices
  • Proven ability to lead highly motivated and engaged teams
  • Understanding of food and beverage operations, inventory and ordering
  • A hands-on leader who sets the example, motivates the team, and fosters excitement in the workplace
  • A strong sense of ownership and a desire to grow within the company
  • Flexibility to work various shifts across different meal periods, weekends, and public holidays
