Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our food service operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating meal services and ensuring the timely preparation and delivery of meals.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a sound knowledge of food safety standards and relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate meal services and ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals.
- Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and presentation.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of food safety programs.
- Provide operational support during surge operations or emergency contingencies.
- Monitor kitchen equipment and report any issues promptly.
- Participate in stocktakes and inventory management.
About You:
- Australian recognised Certificate III (or higher) in Commercial Cookery is essential.
- Previous proven experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence is required.
- Sound knowledge of Food Safety Standards, relevant legislation, and statutory obligations is necessary.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
