About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of a new Kindergarten Attendance Solution.

This role will oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring that delivery teams adhere to best practices and agile methodologies.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in delivery management, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and managing the day-to-day delivery of the new Kindergarten Attendance Solution
  • Ensuring ongoing stakeholder engagement throughout the delivery phases
  • Conducting showcases and ensuring teams meet their definition of done
  • Maintaining accountability of core stakeholders and delivery partners at each step of the delivery process
  • Enhancing delivery processes and procedures and generating necessary reporting and data for stakeholders

About You

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5 years' experience in delivery management, with extensive demonstrated experience in leading complex IT programs.

They will also possess strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills, as well as experience in multi-stream release management activities and change management within an IT environment.
