Project Manager Role

A leading energy company seeks a Project Manager to deliver initiatives across the distribution delivery team. This role encompasses the entire project lifecycle, from design to deployment, and involves collaborating with stakeholders to meet agreed business objectives within safety, cost, and quality parameters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and plan the delivery of initiatives/projects for the Distribution Delivery team
  • Adhere to project management framework, tools, processes, and reporting principles
  • Ensure project schedules, deliverables, milestones, and dates are agreed and signed off
  • Establish and manage relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and delivery partners
  • Provide leadership, expertise, and guidance to key stakeholders

Requirements
  • Experience in Energy Distribution Networks (electricity distribution, transmission, and/or gas)
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve targets (timelines, budget, quality, safety)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-developed report writing and presentation skills
  • Degree qualified in Project Management or Business
