We have an exciting role for an experienced Delivery Lead role that is responsible for leading and managing a functional team in Corporate Finance and also end-to-end delivery for solutions which meet the business outcomes.

What you'll be doing:

- Delivering functional solutions which meet the business requirements
- Liaising with the business to understand their requirements, and importantly the context and driver for the requirements
- Promote engagement with the business for the solution
- Work with the Delivery Manager to plan the Finance functional stream objectives within the context of the overall Corporate and Group Operations plan
- Liaising with cross stream leads (Data, Security ) to cater for the support they require from the functional stream; Incorporate this support required into the plan
- Creating and managing the day-to-day detail task plan for the Finance team
- Communicating the plan to the functional stream team members
- Supporting the WM functional team to deliver according to the plan
- Tracking and reporting status on the plan
- Resolving and / or escalating issues
- Managing risks

About You

What you'll bring to the table:

- Solid experience operating in a Delivery role
- Experience leading delivery teams of varied technical capabilities.
- A leadership style that embodies our values and attracts digital talent to AGL.
- Experience leading agile development practices and cultivating high performing teams, within a fast-paced and fast-evolving environment.
- Stakeholder relationship development experience, with an ability to pitch technology solutions to various leadership stakeholders.
- Hands on functional experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance, as well as Ariba and Fieldglass (includes experience in design, build, test and deploy)
- A passion for new technologies and how these could be leveraged to enable strategic outcomes and solve complex business problems.
- Ability to drive cultural change.
