Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Luxury Retail Ambassador to join our team at Canada Goose. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of our brand.

Job Summary

The Senior Brand Ambassador role is accountable for creating and providing an outstanding customer experience that exemplifies the authenticity of Canada Goose. As a key member of our store team, you will assist in the execution of plans and strategies developed by Store management and execute store functions related to operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to store's overall target by achieving productivity standards
  • Achieve or exceed personal sales targets that may vary depending on seasonality
  • Support in maintaining the visual merchandising directives and ensure proper organization and accessibility of Canada Goose's products
  • Process inbound and outbound shipment; replenishment, damages, return to vendor, etc.
  • Ensure an outstanding customer experience through operational efficiency (such as: stock room management, cash wrap experience and sales floor best practices)
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment
  • Proven track record of successful store operations
  • Experience working with affluent and luxury brands is an asset
  • High-volume traffic experience is an asset
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and flexible to work retail hours (standard, peak and holiday)
  • Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
  • Good understanding of inventory management and point of sale systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation

We offer a salary of $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits.
