Key Responsibilities

We're seeking a highly skilled professional to lead data-driven insights and drive business impact.

About the Role:

  • Analyse and manage continuous data sources, including agency management and reporting.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of consumer attitudes, usage, and retail data.
  • Maintain and enhance dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and Nielsen Discover.
  • Ensure data integrity through rigorous quality control.
  • Measure and report on marketing program performance.
  • Manage content on the insights portal, including creating engaging summaries and assets.
  • Share insights internally and externally, supporting stakeholder engagement.
  • Support marketing strategies with insight-driven analysis and category overview reports.

Requirements

  • A tertiary qualification in Business or a related field.
  • 2+ years' experience in consumer or shopper data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of marketing and category management.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Experience working with grocery or category tracking tools is highly regarded.
  • A proactive mindset and a collaborative approach to team culture.
