Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with daily living tasks, ensuring their independence and well-being. This may include:

  • Providing assistance with activities such as feeding, bathing, dressing, and mobility
  • Offering one-on-one support to clients with physical, intellectual, or psychosocial disabilities
  • Becoming an integral part of the client's support network, providing companionship and transportation for medical appointments or outings

To achieve success in this role, you will need to collaborate closely with care coordinators, family members, and other relevant stakeholders to understand the client's unique needs and develop effective support plans.

Key Requirements

To excel in this position, you will need to possess:

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing or Disability) or equivalent qualification
  • An NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC) clearance
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands
