Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide high-quality support to clients in their own homes. As a key member of our team, you will promote independence and improve the quality of life for our clients.

About the Role:

  • Build meaningful relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Assist with daily tasks, such as meal preparation, light domestic assistance, and transportation
  • Engage in activities that promote mental and physical well-being, such as socializing, exercise, and hobbies
  • Monitor client well-being and report any concerns to management
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress

Requirements:

  • Current National Police Check
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate
  • NDIS Worker Screening Card or completed Blue/WWCC and Yellow Card
  • Current unrestricted Driver's Licence
  • A reliable, well-maintained Registered Vehicle
  • Comprehensive Vehicle Insurance
  • Identification: Birth certificate, Passport, Medicare Card
  • Smart Phone

Work Environment:

  • In-person work location
  • Casual employment arrangement
  • Flexibility to pick-up different shifts

Remuneration:

$34.86 - $62.75 per hour
