  • Provide regular updates to customers on repair status while consistently exceeding their expectations through exceptional service.
  • Assist with administrative tasks including invoice processing and claims management.
  • Compile weekly reports for repairs and service jobs to inform business decisions.
  • Communicate stock arrival information and arrange delivery to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to health and safety protocols.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a fast-paced retail environment with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • High-volume administration experience with proficiency in managing multiple tasks.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and demonstrate a flexible attitude.
  • Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service and effective communication skills.
  • Capacity to think critically and manage workflow efficiently.
  • Familiarity with Australian Consumer Law is highly desirable.
