Senior Nursing Services Manager

We are seeking a senior professional to lead our nursing services across Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic leadership in clinical governance, ensuring high-quality and safe service delivery.
- Oversee compliance with relevant aged care standards, policies, and procedures.
- Support Clinical Leads and nursing teams in delivering complex clinical interventions.
- Promote continuous improvement through data analysis, audits, and risk management processes.
- Foster a culture of learning, development, and reflective practice within the nursing workforce.
- Develop operational and business strategies that support sustainable growth and quality service delivery.
- Lead workforce planning, recruitment, and performance management to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
- A current registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Extensive experience in community nursing and aged care.
- Experience in business development and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Strong knowledge of aged care legislation, accreditation, and quality standards.
- Demonstrated ability to manage clinical risk, governance, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- A valid Police Check and unrestricted working rights in Australia.
