Senior Veterinary Nurse Manager Position

Our organization seeks a seasoned and compassionate Lead Veterinary Nurse to spearhead our nursing team. Working closely with senior management and veterinarians, you will play a pivotal role in supporting clinical operations, mentoring nursing staff, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient and client care.
About The Role- Expertly lead and manage the nursing team with empathy and professionalism
- Provide assistance in surgical and medical procedures
- Oversee patient care, infection control, and clinical protocols
- Coordinate nurse rosters and training plans
- Support and maintain a positive workplace culture
- Liaise with clients to provide outstanding customer service and patient education
- Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in small animal practice
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A proactive and organized approach to team management
- Passion for high standards in patient care and client service
- Experience in training or mentoring nurses is highly regarded
