Nursing Service Leader

Our organization seeks a skilled Clinical Director to lead nursing staff and promote high standards of care. The successful candidate will work closely with the Consultant In-charge of assigned departments to achieve nursing objectives within the division.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with department heads to establish goals and objectives for nursing services.
- Ensure adherence to established policies, procedures, and protocols that promote patient safety and well-being.
- Develop and implement quality improvement projects to enhance patient outcomes.
- Recruit, supervise, and evaluate nursing staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Manage nursing services across units or departments, ensuring seamless delivery of care.
- Foster open communication channels among staff to promote teamwork and collaboration.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
- Participate in decision-making regarding staffing, promotions, transfers, and disciplinary actions.
- Develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide strategic leadership to drive innovation and excellence in nursing practice.
- Ensure adherence to evidence-based practices and protocols to promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Manage conflict issues through collaborative problem-solving and negotiation.
- Facilitate compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's Degree in Nursing or equivalent, a valid practicing license from their country of origin, and registration from Saudi Commission for Health Specialties as a senior specialist. A minimum of eight years of nursing experience in an acute hospital setting, including four years in a leadership position, is also required.
