We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Nurse Manager to lead our robotics team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior Registered Nurse looking to step into a management position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a learning culture that ensures continuous improvement in patient care and outcomes
  • Foster professional and constructive working relationships with VMO partners, utilizing a customer service mindset to achieve high-quality patient results
  • Provide clinical operational direction for the unit, ensuring efficient and effective management by coordinating evidence-based nursing care
  • Accountable for the daily management of human, financial, and material resources
  • Coordinate and drive clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives
  • Undertake direct patient care as required
  • Mentor staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current Registration with AHPRA
  • Working with Children's check
  • Previous experience as an ANUM or Clinical Nurse Specialist (desirable)
  • Proven expertise in Scrub Scout/Robotics specifically
  • Sound clinical knowledge and understanding of ACQSHC National standards
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to model positive role behaviors
  • Strong customer service focus, time management, and prioritization skills
