Student Enrollment Specialist

This role involves delivering high-quality course advice to current and prospective students exploring educational pathways at Victoria University.

About the Role

In this exciting position, you will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop initiatives that boost applications, coordinate events, and ensure a seamless experience for future students from their first inquiry to enrollment.

  • Advise prospective and current students on educational options, highlighting the benefits of a VU education.
  • Plan, coordinate, and participate in student activities and events, including expos, school visits, and on-campus activities.
  • Collaborate with admissions and pathways teams to drive student recruitment and conversion.
  • Represent VU at events, delivering consistent course information.
  • Develop tools to track and evaluate pathway-related enrollments and event effectiveness.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple channels.
