Job Title: Community Support Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and flexible Community Support Specialist to join our team, providing vital care services to individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with daily living activities such as personal care, cleaning, meal preparation, and transportation.
  • Work collaboratively with consumers, their families, and health professionals to deliver quality care that respects consumer preferences.
  • Provide support and assistance to individuals who are aged, frail, or disabled.
Requirements
  • Current driver's license and willingness to drive
  • Current police clearances (refer police check clause)
  • Contactable by telephone
  • Access to a reliable, registered, and insured motor vehicle
  • Meet immunisation requirements as outlined by the Immunisation Guidelines for Health Care Workers in South Australia 2014
