Job Description

As a Social Impact Portfolio Lead, you will be the champion of Goodstart's social impact agenda and coordinate high-priority initiatives that shape the future of early learning in Australia. You will work closely with the Chief Impact Officer as a trusted advisor, leading whole-of-portfolio strategy and delivery across thought leadership, public policy, innovation, partnerships, and advocacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end strategic coordination and delivery across Goodstart's Social Impact Portfolio
  • Develop briefing papers, proposals, presentations and executive materials informing Board and Senior Leadership decisions
  • Lead and manage strategic partnerships, advisory programs and stakeholder engagement with syndicate members, philanthropic partners and cross-sector collaborators
  • Surface insights and position Goodstart on key sector trends, risks and policy opportunities
  • Translate complex evidence and systems into clear policy positions, communications, and actionable project plans that inspire change and influence outcomes at scale
  • Represent Goodstart in external forums, amplifying our voice and impact in the sector
