**Job Opportunity:** Lead a social enterprise advancing the rights of children and their families to safety, well-being and social justice.

  • Bring tertiary qualifications in business, social work or related fields, with postgraduate work in social policy, research and/or policy development a bonus.
  • Develop effective early interventions and extended collaborations to drive meaningful impact on government, press, social media and public discourse.
  • Form productive relationships/partnerships through collaboration with stakeholders, including colleagues, funding bodies, government agencies and First Nations groups.
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of the Queensland Child Safety System and contemporary community services policy and practice in Queensland is essential.

The role requires a seasoned leader with strong experience across human and financial management, passion for social justice and ability to enthuse and inspire others. Financial savvy, political acuity, integrity, perseverance and patience are key attributes for this position.
