About the Role:

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-store training for Vitamin Staff/ Retail Managers on new products and cycle hero products, focusing on up-selling and cross-selling techniques.
  • Visit pharmacies as required, adhering to call cycles and ensuring all internal and external staff are trained and motivated to sell the product.
  • Organize in-store demonstration events to engage consumers and increase sales of companion products.
  • Facilitate event training for key accounts and state-based groups, targeting minimum 30 staff per event.
  • Help drive the sell-in of new products, occasionally requiring interstate travel.
  • Manage consumer loyalty programs to create awareness and engagement for Bioglan and Medlab Brands.
  • Assist with updating Q&A resources via phone and online channels.
  • Attend relevant conferences or sales meetings as required.
  • Conduct representative training at conferences and cycle meetings.
Requirements
  • A degree in Naturopathy or Herbalism is essential.
  • Previous experience in facilitation, particularly with large groups (over 30), is crucial.
  • Pharmacy or department store sales/counter experience is preferred.
  • Vitamins and Health Food retail background is beneficial but not necessary.
  • Strong rapport-building and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • The ability to work autonomously and confidently is vital.
