About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Ambassador to join our dynamic team at CBRE.

As a Business Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating a welcoming environment for our clients and their guests.

You will be the first point of contact for visitors and will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling inquiries, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and experience in customer service, administration, and teamwork.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for clients and their guests.
  • Handle administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Assist with event planning and execution, including setting up meeting rooms, preparing materials, and coordinating logistics.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and objectives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.

Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable, but not essential.

You will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will be required to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
