Occupational Violence and Aggression Prevention Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated educator to join our Occupational Violence and Aggression (OVA) team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering educational services to staff across the organisation, including virtual reality training.
They will also be required to review and develop new educational materials in the area of OVA and other related topics.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and driven individual to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and staff.
The ideal candidate will have advanced clinical knowledge in OVA prevention and a range of clinical conditions that may be associated with OVA.
They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work autonomously and prioritise work tasks.
Additionally, the successful candidate will have experience in education and facilitation of training, as well as highly developed interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution strategies.
They will also be able to work collaboratively and respectfully as part of a team and demonstrate an ability to work innovatively, resourcefully and adaptably to change.
