  • Perform repairs, maintenance and inspections on CAT machinery to ensure optimal working condition before handover.
  • Provide travel support, visiting various locations throughout Newcastle and the Hunter Region to offer field service assistance and address customer needs.
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal stakeholders to manage customer requests and machine requirements, ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery process.
