Support Worker Role

We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Support Worker, you will work directly with a Registered Nurse within the Home Care Coordinator Role.

The ideal candidate will have reliable transport to take clients to appointments and possess excellent communication skills.

This role offers flexible shifts, including Day and Morning shifts, allowing for a great work-life balance.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Reliable transport
  • NDIS Screening Check or willingness to obtain one (preferred)
  • First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain one (required)
  • National Police Certificate or willingness to obtain one (required)
  • Driver Licence (required)
