Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Cyber Identity Architect to join our team in Perth. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping HBF's identity security landscape.

The key responsibilities of this position include designing and implementing cutting-edge authentication and authorisation protocols, collaborating with experts across the organisation, and leading strategic initiatives that ensure secure and seamless identity management.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and a passion for cyber security and identity management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in identity solution design and integration.
  • Proficiency in high-level programming languages such as Python or C#.
  • Experience with authentication and authorisation protocols such as OAuth2, SAML, JWT, and OpenID Connect.
  • Familiarity with identity and access management solutions like Okta or CyberArk.
  • Strong knowledge of API security standards, encryption technologies, and key management practices.
  • Experience in applying industry standards and frameworks such as NIST or CIS in an enterprise environment.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or Cyber Security, with industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA being highly desirable.
