At GHD, we're seeking a skilled Project Officer to join our Project Management group in Perth.

This role will provide administrative support to the Project Analyst, requiring a meticulous eye for detail, particularly in bookkeeping and data analytics.

As a successful candidate, you'll be an excellent team player, able to multitask and work on multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent knowledge in Microsoft Excel.

This position offers a variety of work, including:

  • Assisting with the preparation of reports and invoices as per the project workflows
  • Day-to-day use of Excel supporting with developing and maintaining records and systems
  • General administration and Financial Management Systems Support
  • Undertaking Invoicing, fee forecasting, budget and schedule tracking and management
  • Providing administrative support and collaborating effectively with Project Managers

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

  • 5 years' experience delivering accurate data reporting
  • Intermediate Excel skills, including Pivot tables, formulae, data validation, and conditional formatting
  • Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills
  • Keenness for job security and a long-term role in a stable team
  • Willingness to assist a busy Business Group and take on work where required by Project Managers

Due to the sensitivity and nature of projects undertaken within the Defence industry, it is a requirement that applicants must hold Australian Citizenship to gain Baseline Clearance.
